4. SMS Communications

Important — SMS Data Sharing Policy

SMS opt-in data, SMS consent, and mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communications will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used solely to deliver transactional text messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in. This data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver those messages (e.g. our SMS platform provider), and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.

Where you have provided your mobile number and explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications from us, we may send you the following types of transactional text messages only:

  • Strategy call confirmation messages (confirming your scheduled appointment date, time, and details)
  • Appointment reminder messages (sent 24 hours and/or 1 hour before your scheduled call)
  • Missed call follow-up messages (if we were unable to reach you at your scheduled time)
  • Onboarding confirmation messages (confirming access to the programme upon enrolment)

We do not send promotional SMS messages, marketing campaigns, stock alerts, investment solicitations, or any other non-transactional content via SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and scheduled appointments. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party tools we use to operate our business (CRM platforms, SMS delivery providers, scheduling software, email platforms). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal compliance: Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

We explicitly confirm: SMS opt-in data and mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. If you opt out of SMS communications or withdraw consent, we will remove your mobile number from our active SMS lists promptly and retain only what is required for legal or record-keeping purposes.
